We will prepare the Tenancy Agreement in accordance with up-to-date housing legislation and arrange for this to be signed by all tenants. We will also protect your interests with a comprehensive written and photographic Inventory and Schedule of Condition.
In order to fully comply with tenancy deposit legislation, we can, on your behalf, register and protect the deposit paid by the tenant and then manage the settlement of the deposit once the tenancy ends.
We can pay the monthly rent, less deductions, direct to your bank account normally within two working days following receipt from the tenants. For your records, a monthly Statement of Account will be forwarded to you either electronically or posted direct.
